On the Strategic Planning Day the facilitator will
take you though each step of the process and record
your thoughts so you don’t have to worry that
you have missed any aspects.
Within seven days of the session you will be presented
with a written plan that you developed on the Strategic
Planning Day. This can serve as both a business and
strategic plan.

It is recommended that this day is held at a venue
of your choice away from your office where you will
not be disturbed by phones and other distractions.
Cost of the venue and refreshments are not included
in the price.

What
happens after the Strategic planning session?
You can choose to stop at this point or we can continue to provide
you with support and review sessions.
If you choose to take support we recommend
an initial meeting after six weeks and thereafter monthly
review and planning meetings. These meetings usually
take two hours and are charged at our standard hourly
rate.
Alternatively a six week review can take
place, and thereafter review meetings can be held quarterly.
