1. Why should I have a strategic plan?
The rabbit's words still stand true: "If you don't know where you are going, any place will do!" Knowing where you are going and planning how you will get there (i.e. strategy) will greatly increase your chances of achieving what you want for your business and for your life.

2. Aren't consultants expensive?
At Easy Reach Management we do not consider ourselves consultants as we do not tell you what to do. We provide you with the tools and support that you require to run your business more effectively. Where possible we will point out the pitfalls and tell you about what has worked well for other businesses, but at the end of the day you will continue being responsible for making the decisions of where you want to take your business and how you will get there.

3. Is my business too small to consider strategy?
No business is too small to develop goals and strategies. Initially this may not take exactly the same form that a larger company may take in developing its strategies, but the same principles will be put to use.

We understand that strategies differ for small and large businesses, and we will tailor our services to meet your needs.

4. How do I know that this will grow my business?
We can't guarantee that your business will grow after you have developed a strategic plan. However what we do know from research is that most businesses that plan for their development are up to 96% more likely to survive and be successful!
